I’m struggling to make sense of this.

My employer has to submit their ET3 in relation to my employment tribunal claims “to the Tribunal Office by 1st of August 2024”.

Does that mean it has to be sent to them BEFORE the 1st of August? Or does it mean it can be submitted ON the 1st of August?

If its anything like the county court system, they can submit on 1st August

The respondent has said they are on submitting the ET3 on the 1st of August, which would be too close to comfort, for me!

Do they have to submit their ET3 by a specific time on August the 1st? The letter does not specify
