We had a new director join the organisation a few months ago. A staff survey showed the directorate had the lowest satisfaction with 18% drop in satisfaction. This is because our directorate is very understaffed which we gave feedback and other directorates have way too many staff.
I have seen that there is going to be a meeting for all directors. This new director has proposed changes to the structure, job descriptions and titles of the directorate. All directors must urgently advise of their requests. Does this mean jobs will be going? Or are they just revamping it to sound good with no new jobs?
For a long time the staff concerns have been ignored which a lot of us have felt burnout and some have gone off sick.
