Hello,

Would anyone be able to clarify salary between spin points at a band 6?

I have been a band 6 for 2 years and was expecting a slight pay increase but i have been told spin point 1 and 2 is the same for a band 6 in Scotland?

Does Annex B on https://www.publications.scot.nhs.uk/files/pcs2023-afc-02.pdf help?

Yeah this is what I had a look at. I started in June 2022 so i would have thought I would be on year 3 (spin point 2) by now going by this chart?

That's what I'd expect too, starting from this month's payslip. Have you checked with payroll?

I contacted payroll but not had a response as of yet. HR just advised there was no pay increase at spin point 2. Will wait and see what payroll say. Thank you!
