At work some other teams are always having brand new positions created. One guy had a new position and even said in the office he hardly does any work and he is always on his phone. It is quite sickening for some of us as we have heavy workloads but management ignore our concerns. Then some of the new positions you can see it is to do the work of other people who are already lazy.
It seems like one team in particular pull the wool over the directors eyes and he believes them about needing new jobs. I personally don’t want any new position created as I don’t want to be doing other people’s work. I have lost all faith in the company, how do you remain positive in a bad company?
