What job can I train for quickly

Long story short.
On mat leave from a sales role, plenty of experience in customer services, sales, recruitment, property, and admin. No qualifications past gcses.

3 kids, recently moved 150 miles away so not able to return to my job and relationship is breaking down.
Not sure I'd even be able to work when my twins are 9 months as no idea where I'd find affordable childcare but I may need to support myself soon.
Any reasonable ideas for flexible or remote or part time roles, that I could potentially spend 6 months to a year training for, or longer if needed but that would gain me enough to be able to progress with a job thats going to support my family and offer me the ability to still have some kind of life. Or is this a completely unrealistic dream

Lots of business development roles are remote and flexible, your current experience and skills would be suitable so no need to retrain either

If you split up, could you move back to where you were living before?
