Anyone know whether someone would still be entitled to full pay paternity leave during their notice period? My DH is considering handing his 3-months notice in but would still be in his notice period when baby is due. He’s eligible for 6 weeks full paid based on how long he’s worked there. But I’m concerned they’d say he can’t have it because he’s leaving.
