Job sites with awful search engines

I am seriously want to leave my current job due to a very toxic and bullying store manager who has been there for 2 months and has upset everyone and picking on me. The way he speaks to colleagues is nasty too.

OK I have updated my CV with a few more tasks etc that I do since last updated it and uploaded to a couple of job sites.

Now when I enter details into the search facilities such as distance willing to travel and minimum salary/wage. I get results which are 25 miles from my town -put down 10 miles and salaries about £1500 less than I want.

Now which websites/job agencies should I go for? I live in Leicestershire and looking for customer service (NOT RETAIL) and admin type roles. I am willing to learn new systems as a fast learner - as my colleagues said when we had new systems installed and received more attention from me than the then management.

Isn't this AI pixie dust we're hearing about supposed to solve this ?

Why, it's almost like it's crock ...
