I recently left employment with a company and have received a letter about my pension with them giving me options on what to do with it, basically cash out for practically pennies or transfer it. I've been looking into my options but the letter regarding transferring says that after 3 months that will no longer be an option so I'll have no option but to cash out. Is this right? It doesn't seem very long to decide what to do and I feel very rushed into a decision.
