Been a nurse for years including the COVID years with no possibility to climb any ladders due to having young children and so working flexibly around them. I’m now in a job which is not nursing but still requires the qualification. I work for a private company and potentially have the option to move away from nursing type roles into something more lucrative.
Any tips on how to pave a career path and network into other roles as I know the nursing has given me a great skill set but I don’t know how to showcase that!?
