NC in case this is outing.... I've been on my lovely team for 6 years now but in the last few months, we've had a bunch of changes on the team, which happens given the nature of the work... however Our new team lead, who I previously had a wonderful relationship with, has suddenly turned into a micromanaging maniac...one of the new additions to the team (junior to me) has become "teachers pet" and is herself a cause of some of the toxic behaviours seeping in.
I love the company I work for, and have made lots of mates here over the years... Does this shit ever change? Do I wait it out a bit and hope things settle down? Or run the fuck out of there?
Slim to zero chance to move internally...
