Hi! I was hoping to get some advice from anyone who has completed the RTP course or has done the Test of Competence? I’m just wondering how you found them? In particular, I’d like to know how you found the OSCEs if you did the ToC. There are advantages and disadvantages to both so I’m finding it hard to decide on which route to take.
I’ve been out of nursing for 20 years but am currently working as a HCA in minor surgery.
I’d appreciate any advice at all.
