Project Management

Looking for some advice around project management and qualifications.

I'm currently in a fairly senior role in the NHS leading in a Trust wide project which is due to come to an end early 2025. The role was on a secondment and something I am passionate about, but no real PM experience or qualifications. Turns out I really enjoy it!

I'm starting to think about my next role and a lot of PM roles, understandably, want qualifications.

I can get workforce funding for a course, but not sure which to do? prince or agile? Or any other suggestions, specific to the NHS?

I'm also really concerned about going back to learning/courses something I haven't done in a long time. Can anyone tell me how full on they are?

Any other advice welcome.

Hi, I am doing a level 4 Project management apprenticeship through work as part of that I will also gain a professional APM qualification. Once a month I have a teaching day, and have to commit to 6 hours a week study.
