I started a new job which I love.
I have 3 weeks probation left.
I get on with the job and have settled with the team.I ve been loving the challenges.
I found out the other person who was in an accident and been on v long term sickness is looking to come back.
While I know the job involves heavy lifting and the surgery they had prevented them doing much at all I can't help feel if they can cope I won't be needed.
I know I have to ask my manager and I have mentioned it when I started.
Now it seems like a reality I'm concerned.
