Hi - has anyone put in a flex working request? We already have a flex policy so 3 days in the office and 2 wfh, however in order to buy a home we are having to move further out and means i think I will find 3 days commuting a bit too much with some underlying health conditions and 2 young children. I want to put in a request and ask if I can wfh more and the day I come in start earlier and leave earlier. Ideally I'd love to just go in the office one day a week but could manage 2. How did you go about yours and was it successful?
Im going to put a meeting in with my manager but just looking for any feedback in advance of that.
