Retraining at 46

If you were going to retrain at 46 (humanities degree and background in sales) in a career that had a progression pathway, what would you look at?

Website design?

Teaching

Project management? It's transferable and it's possible to work up to bigger projects and more money.

I wouldn’t go into website design, that seems likely to be replaced by AI...

Maybe look at what people have done on the retraining board.
