If someone earns £52k, term time only, what would their salary be if they worked year round? Term time only is 35 weeks.

They will still be accruing annual leave so will actually be paid for about 40.6 weeks (ie 35 weeks of work plus 5.6 weeks of holiday pay including bank holidays) as a legal minimum in the UK.

£52k divided by 40.6 weeks is about £1280 per week earnings.

Therefore for a year round job the salary would be £1280 x 52 weeks = £66,600

I agree with the 66,600 calculated above.
