Bit of a weird one but can anyone say if they have been through this before. Not very well liked in my team and have been isolated a bit from them which is I think because I haven’t gelled with them and not liked. I’ve been trying to find another job as I know I’m a terrible fit. Managers have never gone out of their way to speak to me much or give feedback but suddenly getting lots of over the top nice feedback for small things. Any managers online? I’m really bewildered about it. If I had done something great then fair enough but I didn’t.
