Flexitime

I’m currently working but just been offered a new job. In my current job I have a flexi time work agreement to allow me to drop my 3 kids at school before work. My notice period for my current job is 3 months - because I have handed my notice in, my current employer has stopped my flexi time agreement with no notice. What can I do? Any advice?

I would tell them that I don't agree with the unilateral change to my terms a d conditions which they are proposing and advise them that I will be continuing with my flexitime until I leave ... and I would do just that.

Do you have your flexible working agreement in writing?
