I just got completed a SHL online personality assessment and was asked to answer questions on which statement relates to me the best and then 2nd best. The screen showed 3 statement and e.g.
1.I work best by myself
2.I always provide constructive feedback to others
3.I meet deadlines.
Does anyone know what output these assessment produces - can someone maybe from HR who has seen/knowledge of these reports help?
I am applying for a management level job and was shortlisted to complete this (I am an experienced hire so the only assessment was this).
I am more curious than anything what these tests are trying to measure. are their specific dimensions e.g. teamwork, cooperation etc. that they are trying to measure? Also, how much of a consideration factor are these tests for job interviews? Thanks!
