Hi guys. I’m due to start work with a new agency and as such there’s a lot to sort out. DBS, hours to be worked, etc.
There have been times where I have sent my new manager a very short email that only requires a very short response. However, instead of responding with this short response/answer via email, he will spam-call me, also emailing me to say ‘please call me’. Once I finally give in and answer, it is a phone call that lasts less than 20 seconds with him saying something that he could have just responded with via email.
It’s getting a bit intense and beginning to make me have second thoughts? Not everyone can answer the phone at all times.
