Has anyone on here gone from teaching in a school to working in a private nursery (particularly in a management role)? After having my third, I decided to do the swap as I thought it would give me back my work/ life balance but I'm finding it to be difficult at the moment. I'm only a few weeks in and it may be my hormones making me extra emotional, so it would be good to hear others opinions/ stories.
