Our workplace is going through huge change at the moment and it's difficult to ignore the amount of very senior figures within the organisation leaving. It's all down to money and is a reflection of what is going on in the sector as a whole right now..
I've been with the organisation for about 6 years (started aged 25) and have worked my way up to a juniorish leadership position. I don't really enjoy it but I feel like I've put my eggs all in one basket and don't feel very hopeful when I look at other jobs.
It feels a bit like the writing is on the wall but I am worried I will regret leaving an ok paid job. Have you ever been through a big change and actually found it was beneficial?
