Bullying

I've had enough of my job. I'm off sick and have emailed in my planning for the week (I'm a senior school teacher). My line manager has emailed me back criticising my planning and saying it's not correct.

The thing is - it's precisely the same plan that my job share put in last year. We worked on it together but she submitted it and got praised on it.

It's starting to smack of bullying.

Sorry to hear you're unwell and having to put up with being treated like this.
Keep a record of everything. Gather evidence that you are treated differently, then either confront the person with it or take it higher with a bullying accusation.

A colleague of mine had a situation where she was pulled up on stuff no-one else was. She eventually took a catalogue of instances and confronted the manager and asked for an explanation why she was treated differently. It stopped happening after that!

Get it in writing. Ask - could you please explain what you don't like about the work plan as it's the same one (name) and I worked on last year and when (name) submitted it you were very happy with it.
