Has anyone got any first hand experience of this job role please?
I have seen a job application that I would really like to go for, but I'm unsure as to what it might actually be like in reality.
I'm computer literate, have experience in pharmacy and IT medicines etc, but have never worked in an admin based role.
Any insight much appreciated 🫶🏻

If you’ve done the other two roles then you already have admin experience under your belt even if it is not specific to this role - i.e. booking appointments and taking telephone calls. The main thing is the customer service element - dealing with patients, which can be difficult. It can be very rewarding but is genuinely challenging too. If you’re up for something new and care about helping people it could be perfect for you. But it’s not an easy admin job IYSWIM?
