Civil service recruitment complaints process

Hi all,

I did an interview for an AO role but was informed that I was not sucessful in the role.
I have asked several questions about the feedback I have received.
In a nutshell I did not agree with the feedback given.
Has anyone gone through something similar? What was the outcome?
Also can anyone here read my EO examples and give me some tips on how to improve my behavioral answers?

I think there’s little point in complaining as it’s subjective. I work for the CS and when a job is sifted it’s done by 2 people, including a person independent. They then get together and agree a score, so they’d both agreed on your score. Same for interviews as sifting an application. Feedback can often be rushed, when you’ve got a lot to do. I’d just focus on applying again. Whether or not you listen to that feedback is up to you, it is a very specific way of recruiting so ensure you’re clued up on success profile’s, lots of videos online too. If you complain you’ll just receive some standard lines, you won’t be re-interviewed or have your score changed.

Hi thankyou for your response.
I am listening to their feedback, like you said its rushed and the feedback was not well written.
I just hope they can provide me constructive feedback so I can improve on my future civil service applications
