So, just got an offer from the local council
They have a starting salary of 24,700 (an example) to go up to 25,300 after 6 months & then increases continue depending on how long one works there.
Now I am wondering if pay at the local council are fixed or can I negotiate? Bearing in mind this is an entry level job.
