Discrimination at work?

Hi,

at the end of 2023 I put in a bullying and harassment at work complaint in against a former colleague. I waited weeks for this to be looked into and heard nothing, still having to work with him. I ended up going on sick leave as it was stressing me out, hoping this would also push them to sort it. I work for a very large NHS trust so thought the correct policies and procedures would be followed. I ended up putting in a grievance in march 2024 and still an investigation was not initiated, even though another female had put in a complaint about the same person and the same issue. My managers initial response was to move him into a higher paid job role , which I only took as an insult. Anyway, still not hearing anything I then went to ACAS, who contacted my organisations no finally an investigation was started 6 months after my initial complaint. Fast forward until last week my outcome from the investigation was basically all my witnesses stated they couldn’t remember as it was so long ago. So perpetrator is Scott free. Now I am only presuming that this wasn’t taken serious due to me being female, and I say this due to various reasons, me going for progression and getting refused and the male colleagues granted, finding out a couple of male staff were in higher pay with less experience, being told I couldn’t do something due to being pregnant, the list goes on. There has been other incidents but too long for here. My questions is have I got a case for tribunal?

this has lead me to have severe depression and anxiety, I am still off work, I speak with a mental health nurse and CBT, had two panic attacks, upped my Sertraline and have continuously told my employer how stressed I am and they have still taken 7 months

Sorry of this reply seems unskillful but it sounds a horrible sector to be in, realistically is it gping to get better?
Maybe you do have enough to do a tribuneral I'm not qulaofied to advise, but it would mean months or longer of wallowing in negative crap stuff which would probably bring you down even more.
I'd think about your options seriously here, work out if its even worth staying in the sector if you hate it that much.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I am definitely considering my options but feel I can’t not let them get away with treating people like this. But like you said is the stress worth it
