Can anyone share any practical experience of ACAS Early Conciliation ? I would find it helpful also to know how quickly they get in touch after you file an EC request and at what point do they contact your employer ? Do they do it immediately or talk to you first ? Thanks

They call you after you file with ACAS and then everything else is mostly email. I found them quick but generally pretty useless if I’m honest. But it’s a step you have to go through.
