I've been advised I'm potentially at risk from redundancy. This was at the end of March, I've then had to suggest how my role could be changed to try and avoid redundancy. Since then I've heard nothing (since the end of April) , despite a few emails to my line manager and their boss, I've had no feedback one way or the other. It's so stressful not knowing and has now been going on for months. We have no HR department as its a small business, can I raise a grievance? I've also spoken to my line manager about it and they've said they've ''not forgotten''.
I should add, I'm happy to be made redundant, I just want clarification of where I stand! Any suggestions?
