Has anyone got any pointers on what I may expect from an interview for a transformation support role with an NHS trust. Although I have had a good read of the j.d, preparing for it as well, also reached out to the lead interviewer to understand what it is the transformation department are looking for in the candidate, no response so far.
Any recruiter here or someone who's got similar experience - I need some insights.
