NHS Reserve List

Anyone have experience being placed on one of these following interview? I interviewed for a band 5 Rotational AHP post yesterday and received an email to say that while I did well, it wasn't as 'well' as other candidates and I'll be put on a 3 month reserve list. Thanks

If it's anything like our Trust you won't be on a reserve list for long - rotational band 5's don't hang around before they either leave or go for a 6 static job.

Thanks @Livedandlearned , it's quite a big trust and they're currently carrying 11 vacancies on the rotation.

They don't need to re-interview if it's within a 3 month period. So if someone met all the criteria but wasn't successful they can just keep their name on file and offer them the next post that becomes vacant.
As PP says you hopefully won't be waiting long, there's a lot of movement at that level

That happened to my colleague and she was offered the role after a month or two.

Ditto the above, we do this a lot. Circumstances change for the first people all the time. Just say thanks and wait, bet something will be offered soon!
