Hi all I’m looking for some information or advice for my niece, she has been on LCWRA for a while now but she is now going to be going for a re assessment because she’s been on it for some time. When she as awarded this she lived with her partner and parents and she had a baby, now she’s living on her own with her daughter she’s concerned people will get involved for her daughter (now 2 years old) is this true? As a few people have said this and it’s made her very anxious for the new assessment. She was awarded LCWRA for her anxiety and depression. Thank you x

I used to work in benefits advice and never heard having children affecting the status. Looking after a toddler is very different from gping to work.
She's also allowed to say she's feeling anxious in the assessment and to ask for breaks, if anything this will strengthen her case.

Thank you, I’ll let her know she’s was just nervous out other people getting involved for her baby because it’s mental health, she is such a nervous person when it comes to things like this. Thank you again x
