I'm starting supply TA work through an agency. I've many years experience as a tutor but not much in schools. Can anyone give me some tips please?

Take tissues pens and a note book. Learn the schools behaviour and reward policies. Don't take urself to seriously and enjoy.

Live in the moment. Embrace the chaos. Don't ever agree to do the photocopying or sheet trimming or you will be expected to do it every day.

Ah, yr3 is lovely. In general, not as needy as EYFS, less of an attitude than Y6.

Top tip is to get to know the planning ASAP. Your class teacher will be thankful for you getting resources ready in advance because you know what's coming. Make sure you have a water bottle, until you're in the job you don't realise just how much TALKING there is, and it really dries your throat out! Find out when your breaks are and STICK TO YOUR HOURS. I have spent hours and hours of unpaid time working, and getting zero appreciation for it.

Edit - just re-read and seen you're going to be supply so the tip about planning might not be as applicable, depending how much time you spend in a school. Always good to look at it first thing though so you have a vague idea of how the day runs.
