Hi all.
Ive got an interview coming up for the SRA and wondered if anyone currently works for them or knows someone who works for them? I was wondering what they are like as an employer, such as whether they allow flexi time working or if they would accept part year working (so for example having children’s.summer holidays and Christmas holidays off, similar to term time working but not including all the holidays/half terms)
Ive had a look online and done my own research but there’s not much online with regards to how flexible they are as an employer
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
