Job offer

I hope you are having a good day!
I have concerns regarding a job offer from the NHS. I applied for different jobs in NHS since I just got to the country. I had my first job offered in NHS and I accepted it. In the middle of the process of the first job offer, I had the opportunity to have another interview to work in the same hospital but in a different department and I was offered a second job. Now, my concern is about the first offer. They started the DBS and they contacted my references already. But in my second job offer, I liked the work because I can see I can grow and develop a good career. What do I need to do? If I want to back out to the first offer. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Just contact the department directly and tell them you won't be coming to work there as you have accepted another job.
It happens quite frequently, people accept a job and then pull out for a variety of reasons.
If it's within a short timescale the dept doesn't have to interview again, they can just offer it to their 2nd choice
