Looking for ideas /inspo for retraining / new career later in life.

I'm stuck in this job for 5 years when the mortgage is paid off and the kids are through Uni. It pays well because I've been there a long time but I'm qualified for nothing (office type role, managing sales support teams). I'm so ready to do something different though....

So was looking at perhaps taking some courses to expand my employability / skills.

So.. looking for your stories of new careers later in life. What did you do/ how did you go about it?
