Can anyone recommend a union for nurses other than the RCN. I left my job as a nurse when workplace bullying led to me having a breakdown. I found the RCN unhelpful and very unsupportive. I have heard great reports about the RCN in other parts of the country, but I sadly found the negative reports of them in my location to be true. I was really disheartened by my workplace experience and I was going to leave my profession because of it, but I've decided to have another go at nursing. I need to get indemnity cover and a union that will support me when needed. Your recommendations would be appreciated.
