Anyone completed the ILM3 programme?

Hi All
I am currently undertaking the ILM 3 programme, but I am struggling to make a
start on the portfolio of evidence. I have some ideas that would involve a case study type approach on my previous department (I have changed depts just over half way through) but just don't know how to start or how to set this out or approach it. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

do you not have a tutor or mentor you can speak with?

I did this .(or at least a course that was accredited at ilm level 3).The evidence part wasn’t difficult . We just picked parts of the course, wrote about how we’d implemented certain things and the outcome. Your course leader should be able to help you.
