Waiting to hear back following the 1st interview stage

Hi what's the longest you have had to wait to hear back following a first interview?

I’ve recently gone through multiple interview stages with four companies and it varied. Two told me during the first interview that I would have a second, one fed back the next day about the second and one (only one interview for the role) told me they would let me know in a week and half (that was 3 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing- but I’ve had other offers and I wasn’t keen on that one).

I don't think I've ever really waited longer than a week except for one interview where I never heard anything.
