I’m apparently too quiet…
I work in a team of 12 and due to two colleagues been off sick 2 of us have been tasked with a slightly different job to help cover their role. This in turn has an impact on the amount of work I can pick up in my own job and my colleague tells me ‘I’m too quiet’ when I say how I’m sick of picking tasked with this work. As it’s come from higher up, there’s not much I can do.
I feel her comments were unfair, how would you have responded to this if she says anything again?
