Hi, has anyone completed the CIPD Lv 5 apprenticeship alongside full time work (and kids)? How demanding would you say it is? I’m in HR in a non-HR role, but I’m shortly going to be moving into more of a HR role and I really want to get my CIPD for credibility. I have been a line manager in the past and understand HR policies/procedures etc so hoping that would put me on the right foot. Any hints/tips/experience you can share? Thanks!
