I have a few questions but i will start with this one...
I will have been on a fixed term contract for 2 years this sept 2024 in the same job within NHS. me and my husband have been discussing possibility of a 3rd baby. however im worried about my job. my manager said that my contract is in the process of being extended to March 2025. what will happen if i fall pregnant.... can they decide to not extend after march 2025 making me jobless?
