Career stagnation?

Hi all,

posting here as a means of distraction from my very early pregnancy..

I am 36 y.o with a BA in a Humanities field but I have been working in completely different type of industry. I am not originally from the UK so I was a bit late in building my career, effectively starting from scratch when I moved here.

I am currently working as an individual contributor/manager level at a technology multinational making what I consider to be ok money although feeling a bit stagnated. I previously managed teams but in much smaller companies and I consistently get glowing reviews etc but I find myself currently not able to see a path forward for me. It feels like everyone in roles above me has been either terribly lucky, with a lot of connections which I don't have OR with way more degrees and qualifications than me. I don't have technical expertise and no Business qualifications apart from a few years experience.

Would anyone have any suggestions on how to move forward? Any specific degrees/qualifications/tips? I am not currently able to fork out for an MBA unfortunately.
