Management Course recommendations

I've recently been promoted to management (internal promotion). My boss is superficially supportive, but in reality gives me very little time. We've had a single 1-2-1 since February and realistically that's not going to improve much going forward.

So I need to take matters into my own hands wrt my development. Can anyone recommend any good management skills courses? I have LinkedIn learning if there are any good ones on there.

Also books! I have read some, but always keen to hear of new ones.

I really recommend a book called "Bulletproof" which is great for giving (and receiving) feedback.
