We are being encouraged to ensure our training budget is utilised this year, I've done all the professional ones I need to do for my sector. I am a senior leader (although without direct line management currently) in my organisation, due to the lack of team at the moment I'm thinking maybe a leadership qualification would be the most valuable, are there any industry respected ones you recommend?
