Oooh- the one minute manager is an oldie but classic. A few in the series-all v quick reads.

I really like Turn the Ship Around by David Marquet, it's a really good book on leadership.

Try the Little Big Book of Management theories for different models to try, things like providing feedback, time management and workloads, handling conflict and coaching.
Book only, available on Kindle.

I also really like the book and also available as podcast/audiobook on Spotify - 'Surrounded by Idiots' which is about working with different personality types, their strengths and weaknesses. For eg how can someone who is quiet, very compliant and structured can work with someone spontaneous and loud. Helps understand how to manage someone different to yourself but also differences in team members. Really interesting!
