I have been working in tech/project management type roles for most of my 20 year career, in senior leadership positions and fancy a change.
I am thinking of how to move to a HR role, perhaps people management, or L&D.
What qualifications might I need for these types of roles?
Would a CIPD course be a good investment?
Would I need to start at the bottom and work my way up (I assume I would!)?
Does anyone have any advice who has made the switch before?
