New job nerves or am I making a mistake...?

I start a new job next week, I have worked 2 months notice and am just polishing off my handover. I got through quite a stringent interview process but now feel unsure, despite being really pleased at the time of the job offer. I get on relatively well with my current team, but there is no scope to move up, and there is an element of face fits, with large doses of academic snobbery, which mean I don't get recognised for my ideas. So I really can't understand why I am unsure..
Help any words of wisdom...?

It's fear of change now the actual moment has come. I think it's pretty normal to feel that way.

Just remind yourself of the reasons why you applied and try to kick the negative voice out.

I think it's normal to feel like that at a point of change. Change is uncomfortable and scary.

It sounds like you made the decision for valid reasons which all still remain.
