Hello all
I've got an interview for a job as a 111 call handler in North Yorkshire in a couple of days.
After having read reviews about the job on the net, it seems a bit of a no go overall.
It's something I really would like to do but, after reading those reviews, It's making me think again.
There's lots of people saying things like, they're not supported, it's very rushed, atmosphere is very toxic etc.
Of course, there are good reviews, but very little.
Most of the reviews I've seen are more Midlands and further south based so, don't know if that is something specific that way.
