Anyone work as a Teaching assistant level 2/3 with only an award qualification not certificate or diploma?
I currently work as a TA 1 supporting SEN children in early years. I do have a degree in IT, but I don't have any qualifications related to teaching assistants so I'm looking to gain them.
I'm currently on maternity leave so doing placement isn't really an option for me at moment.
Just wondering if it worth doing an award RQF course or waiting a few more months/years until I'm back settled back in and have the opportunity to do a placement in KS1/KS2 doing a certificate/ diploma
